The Becoming Method
The Becoming Method is a structured three-month personal development and emotional wellbeing journey designed to help you understand yourself more deeply, recognise what has shaped the way you think, feel and behave, and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.
Rather than focusing only on changing the behaviours you can see, the Method invites you to explore what may be sitting underneath them — the experiences, beliefs, emotions and protective patterns that have influenced who you have learned to become.
Across three months, you will move through six stages of guided learning, reflection, personal exploration, practical integration and one-to-one coaching.
This is not about becoming somebody completely different.
It is about understanding who you became, reconnecting with who you truly are, and consciously choosing who you want to become from here.

The Six Stages of the Becoming Method
The Method takes you through six connected stages. Each stage builds on the one before it, helping you move from awareness and understanding towards integration, growth and a more aligned way of living.
Stage One — Awareness. Why Do I Feel the Way I Do?
Understand your past with compassion and recognise where your patterns began.
Stage Two — Understanding. Understanding the Beliefs That Built You
Recognise the beliefs, fears and stories shaping your identity, relationships and choices.
Stage Three — Recognition The Mas. The Person You Learned to Be
See protective patterns such as people pleasing, perfectionism, control, avoidance and external validation with curiosity rather than judgement.
Stage Four — Becoming. Choosing the Person You Are Becoming
Begin building an identity rooted in your values, self-worth, empowering beliefs and aligned choices.
Stage Five — Embodiment. Living as the Person You Are Becoming
Create habits, relationships, boundaries and environments that reinforce your new identity.
Stage Six — Aligned Living. Coming Home to Yourself
Develop the lifelong practice of noticing when you have drifted and returning to yourself with compassion, reflection and self-awareness.

Why Three Months?
The Becoming Method is not designed to be rushed through or consumed like another online course.
Understanding something intellectually is only the beginning. Meaningful change takes time to notice patterns, reflect on what is coming up, explore emotions and beliefs, practise different responses and allow new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving to become more familiar.
The three-month structure creates space between each stage for reflection, one-to-one coaching and integration into real life.
Awareness alone does not create transformation. Integration does.
The aim is not to complete the Method perfectly. It is to give yourself enough time and space to understand yourself differently and begin practising what you discover.

The Method is structured, but your experience of it is personal. The work is not about forcing you through a fixed process; it is about using the framework to explore what is relevant for you.

Who Is the Becoming Method For?
The Becoming Method is for people who are ready to invest time, energy and curiosity into understanding themselves more deeply and creating meaningful change.
You do not need to be at breaking point. You do not need to have everything figured out. And you do not need to have one specific problem that needs fixing.
You may want to understand patterns that keep repeating, build greater confidence and self-trust, improve your relationships, feel more connected to yourself, move beyond beliefs that have been limiting you, or simply know that you are capable of more.
What matters most is a willingness to become curious about yourself, take responsibility for what happens next and practise what you learn beyond the coaching space.
The Method is not about fixing you. It is about helping you understand yourself well enough to create greater choice in the way you live.

What Comes Next
Three months is not about reaching a final version of yourself.
It is about developing a deeper understanding of who you are, recognising the patterns that have shaped you, building greater self-awareness and self-trust, and beginning to respond to life with more choice and intention.
For some people, that may mean stronger boundaries or healthier relationships. For others, greater confidence, emotional freedom, improved wellbeing, a clearer sense of direction or finally taking steps towards something they have wanted for years.
Becoming is not only about understanding what has held you back.
It is about creating the awareness, self-belief and emotional freedom to move forward and realise more of your potential.
To grow. To challenge yourself. To create. To achieve. To experience more.
You are not here to become somebody else. You are here to reconnect with who you truly are and become more of who you are capable of being.

Your Becoming Journey Can Continue
The three-month Becoming Method is designed to give you the foundations to understand yourself more deeply, recognise the patterns that have shaped you and begin creating meaningful change.
But personal development doesn’t have an end point.
For those who want to continue beyond the initial three months, ongoing Becoming support will be available — giving you the space to continue exploring, integrating what you have learned and working towards the next stage of your growth.
As your life changes, new challenges, goals and opportunities will emerge. Continued support allows the work to evolve with you — helping you stay connected to yourself, keep building on the changes you have made and continue moving towards your potential.
The Becoming Method may be where the journey begins. It doesn’t have to be where it ends.
